“Love can wait, I’ve got more important things to focus on….”

If you truly understood the power of LOVE perhaps you would think differently…

The power of love is to heal, where relationships formed wounds, love can transcend time and space and HEAL faster than years of therapy ever will.

In business, the frequency of love is expansive, joyful, abundant and most importantly MAGNETIC.

When we open ourselves up to LOVE, we open the door to our most authentic purpose.

For the walls that we form around ourselves from fear, are cages that keep us SMALL.

Ego and fear cannot exist in LOVE.

Fear is the enemy of GROWTH and love, the vehicle to transport us to our greatest POTENTIAL.

When we choose love for ourselves, love cannot help but choose us and love is the secret to blindly falling in love with our lives all over again….

The key to loving ourselves is not in more self-care or wellness endeavours, but in truly accepting ourselves. To acknowledge all parts, shadows, failures, wounds and to say “I see you and I accept you. All of your humanness is welcome here.”

The integration of that love requires you to sit with the discomfort of the need to reject anything that isn’t perfect, light or even parts you have deemed un-loveable”

One thing I know is that if you are downplaying the importance of love in your life, it may just be the very thing to change the trajectory of your life and business. I know this from experience. For myself and my clients over the past 13yrs.

Without pain, we do not grow! In fact there are children born without the capacity to feel physical pain and do you know what happens to them? Sadly they die very young because they don’t receive the feedback that pain is providing you to teach you what you need in order to grow & evolve.

The ability to grow is a basic human need (not a want). We need it, therefore we need pain.

Stop judging your pain as bad and instead…Start listening! Ask yourself, what is this teaching me? Why am I feeling this way? Where does this originate from? Is this a pattern?

Self reflection is key to growth and if everything was all rainbows and cupcakes you would never get the opportunity to become reflective & therefore, grow!

You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Lean in, surrender, reflect, honour, breathe and listen!!

Everything is working out for you xx

Now this doesn’t mean you BLAME others for HOW YOU FEEL. It means to OWN what YOU feel. Your parents didn’t get a PHD in how to be a parent….and neither did their parents! Give them the chance to grow and evolve just like you are seeking for yourself 💙

Honour, acknowledge, accept & you WILL heal! And if you want to have a few quantum leaps in your evolution journey then get some professional help! 😉 BIG LOVE, always x

Judging others only strips you of YOUR peace! Plain & simple, it’s only hurting you. The pain of insecurity, lack, not enoughness that is being projected outwards because untill you deal with it yourself, it has nowhere else to go!!

If you want to change the outcome, change your perception. For it is not the way things are, but the way you look at things, that gives them meaning.

When you’re overwhelmed, stressed, struggling & almost down & out, it’s not easy to change your perception, to think positively and trust that everything is working out exactly as it needs to….. but if you can bring your awareness out of the darkness and into the light and hold it there, being present with possibility, just for a few moments, then you can impact the outcome in your favour. The more you can hold the trust, the longer you can sit with it, the greater chance you have of a favourable outcome!

Remember, if it can go wrong, it can also go right! 💪🏻

To feel happy, fulfilled and peaceful in life you simply cannot avoid your wounds, insecurities & how you show up in relation to others (the true test of how healed you are!!)

Until you find the courage to get honest with yourself, you will find yourself reactive, blaming, shaming, attacking & putting others down with your words, actions or projections, (only leaving you feeling worse in the long run 😣).

Without healing, you will also see things through a shattered lense, without clarity or conviction of your own patterns and programs and how these play out in an attempt to surface to be addressed and healed.

Honesty, compassion, acceptance & honour towards self are the cornerstones for healing.

Remember to take ownership of your triggers & how you feel, no one can make you feel anything, your past experiences & unmet needs as a child will play a part in how you feel in your current relationships. (Feeling unseen, unheard, unloved, unworthy, etc). If you want REAL POWER then be conscious not to blame or attack others for how you feel or for your experience. Rather, look within to the root course of where you first felt this and how you coped. Did you become angry/throw a tantrum, run away/hide, become paralysed or people please as a response to the pain you felt?

Sit with what you feel, honour your experience & then communicate your boundaries calmly, openly and honestly so you can create space to be met & understood.

To feel happy, fulfilled and peaceful in life you simply cannot avoid your wounds, insecurities & how you show up in relation to others (the true test of how healed you are!!)

Until you find the courage to get honest with yourself, you will find yourself reactive, blaming, shaming, attacking & putting others down with your words, actions or projections, (only leaving you feeling worse in the long run 😣).

Without healing, you will also see things through a shattered lense, without clarity or conviction of your own patterns and programs and how these play out in an attempt to surface to be addressed and healed.

Honesty, compassion, acceptance & honour towards self are the cornerstones for healing.

Remember to take ownership of your triggers & how you feel, no one can make you feel anything, your past experiences & unmet needs as a child will play a part in how you feel in your current relationships. (Feeling unseen, unheard, unloved, unworthy, etc). If you want REAL POWER then be conscious not to blame or attack others for how you feel or for your experience. Rather, look within to the root course of where you first felt this and how you coped. Did you become angry/throw a tantrum, run away/hide, become paralysed or people please as a response to the pain you felt?

Sit with what you feel, honour your experience & then communicate your boundaries calmly, openly and honestly so you can create space to be met & understood.

All other fear is learned behaviour that keeps you limited & often sees you manifesting your fears instead of your dreams.

To heal your fears you must face them. If you fear abandonment then you must process past abandonment & sit with the emotions this brings up. You must then do the opposite of the fear. In this instance, you must chose to no longer abandon yourself. To make a commitment to your self worth, your wants & needs.

No matter what your fear, you can release it! This doesn’t have to be as scary as you think (with the right coach 😉) x
