Too Busy To BE Free?
When we fill our lives with 'being busy' we avoid the emotional traumas accumulated over the decades of life that weigh on the soul, keeping us limited, locked & loaded. Keeping our personal & business success at bay. It is only in our ability to honor our past as a path to resilience, wisdom & personal power, that we become free.
“Freedom is letting go of the hope things could of been different & accepting them as a part of your own personal evolution.”
Often our past can be a source of fear, regret, guilt, shame & pain, leaving us filling our lives with anything and everything to keep ourselves busy enough to stay distracted. Sadly this only perpetuates more fear, regret, guilt, shame & pain.
What if you didn't need to fear your past? What if you could learn to neutralize the memories, the pain and set yourself free to begin again? Well, the good news is you can!
"Your pain is a source of power and your courage is the key to unlocking that power."
The willingness to remove judgement of what was and accept what is, is a recipe for healing & freedom. But how? The breathe is the greatest way of transmuting pain because it allows us to flow with anything designed to strengthen us.
Learning to connect to the breathe allows you to connect to the present. When you connect to the present you free yourself from the past. Learning to sit with, breathe into and transmute the pain of the past by dropping judgement comes with patience & practice. Often we are so identified with our pain, that it can be very difficult to insert the awareness required to shift it however it certainly is possible.
If you are ready to be free of the past, but the thought of revisiting this alone is more daunting than going to the supermarket to fight for toilet paper in the middle of a pandemic, then please contact Elle from Quantum Resilience. Her system for removing the weight of the past allows the least amount of discomfort for maximum change, no judgement required!
With Love,
